Privacy policy
photos stay yours- Family photos are used only to illustrate your characters. They are never shared, sold, or used to train anything.
- Photos are deleted from our servers 30 days after your order ships; finalised character art stays in your account.
- Children's data (name, class, DOB) is visible only to you — and to your school if your account is linked to one.
- You can delete your account and all data anytime from Settings, or by writing to privacy@zsellr.in.
Terms of use
- You must own the photos you upload and have consent from the adults appearing in them.
- Generated books are for personal / school use — not for resale.
- A syllabus order is confirmed only after every book in the set is individually approved by you.
- School accounts are verified before activation; misuse leads to suspension.
Shipping, refunds & reprints
- Books ship in ~6 working days after order confirmation; school sets ship together on the print-run date.
- Because every book is personalised, orders can't be cancelled once printing starts.
- Printing defects? Send a photo within 7 days of delivery — we reprint free, no questions.
- Wrong name or photo on a page you approved is fixed at cost price for the affected book.
